I honour your time and energy, and my hope is that every session feels grounding, supportive, and aligned. These guidelines help keep things clear and fair for both of us.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as you can.


To support smooth scheduling:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your session can be rescheduled without any charge.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may be subject to a fee, as that time has been held specifically for you.

  • If you do not attend your appointment and no notice is given, the session fee is non-refundable.

Refunds for Sessions

  • Refunds are not offered for completed sessions.

  • If something feels off or you’re unhappy with your experience, please reach out. I genuinely want you to feel held, heard, and supported, and I’m open to discussing how we can make things right, whether that’s a follow-up call, another session, or a tailored solution.

Cancellations Made by Kindred Folx Healing

If I ever need to cancel a session for any reason, you will receive either:

  • a full refund, or

  • the option to reschedule at no extra cost.
